The Big 2-4

This November, I turned 24.
The age I will claim as the age I got married.
So what if I missed it by a month?

Anyways, there's no better way to bring in the big 2-4 than with a little Zac Brown Band.
Scotty boy got us tickets to their concert at Madison Square Garden for the occasion.
This was our first weekend in the city as a married couple AND our first time to The Garden.
It was off the hook.
I'd never seen so many cowboy hats or camo vests in the city.
They have easily been our favorite band since we started dating.
"Whatever It Is" has kinda been our song.

There's something about this man's voice that's so unique and endearing.
Oddly enough, I leave their concerts with a little crush on Zac Brown - beard, beanie and all.
I saw them last year for my birthday with my dear friend Ali on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
That was my first time to a ZBB concert.
And now it seems we're making it a birthday tradition.

I think I tear up during "Colder Weather" every time.
Zac even brought his dad out on stage during "Highway 20 Ride".
Again, tear.
These Georgia boys just speak to my soul.
They take me back to the southern country back roads I became so familiar with this year.
Riding with the windows down and blasting their country music just felt so right.
Zac, I'll be your groupie in a second.
Take me on tour?
Or Scott -- promise we can follow the band every November?
