Grand Central

Some of our explorations have taken me through Grand Central Terminal lately.
I don't mind a bit.
This place turns 100 years old this year.
I would love to have seen what it was like way back when.
Those ceilings get me every time.
And it was especially festive for the holidays.
After grabbing lunch in midtown one day with Robyn and Kaeli,
we decided to hit up Grand Central's Holiday Train Show.

It has model Metro-North and NY Central trains leaving from a mini GCT.
It was really neat to see how the city skape quickly turned into the suburbs.
I don't think I've ever seen such an elaborate train display.
All the kids were eating it up.
So was I.
It's going on through February 10th - so next time you're passing through, check it out!
