One summer night, I walked through TriBeCa and West Village to meet Scott at Rosemary's for dinner. Talk about a charming walk. That's a stretch of New York I could walk every day and never get tired of. Probably one of my favorite neighborhoods. Rosemary's had been on our restaurant list for months after our dear friends the Wilsons recommended it to us. And if anyone knows Italian food, THEY know Italian food.

I immediately loved the atmosphere. Heavens, throw twinkle lights up in any space and I get giddy. It was busy, but thankfully we didn't have to wait too long.

The restaurant has a rooftop farm where they grow seasonal herbs and produce for their dishes. I had never seen anything like it! Our food was so yummy and fresh. I would say probably the best overall experience we've had at an Italian restaurant in New York. Until we meet again, Rosemary's.
