Winter's Eve at Lincoln Square Tree Lighting

Christmas trees were all over this city and I was determined to see them all! So, I went to the annual Winter's Eve at Lincoln Square during the first week of December. I didn't really know what to expect but heard it was one of the city's largest holiday festivals. It turned out to be one big neighborhood block party complete with a countdown to the tree lighting, musical performances, and food tents set up from some of the tastiest eats on the Upper West Side.

As you can see, it was pretty packed. I ended up grabbing some Rosa Mexicano chips and guac, some Cafe Fiorello pasta, and Magnolia's hot chocolate before heading home. It was a fun way to see another tree and I'm convinced that these neighborhood block parties need to happen for more holidays.
